Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.   And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

PRESENCE

Our presence here is our offering to God so that God might be glorified. We had 76 persons at worship last Sunday.

GIFTS

Last Sunday we were blessed to be able to offer $3,134.00 to the

General Fund and $600.00 to the Restricted Fund ($400.00 to the Methodist Home for Children, $100.00 to the Prayer Garden, $& $100.00 to the Mobile Food Pantry in memory of Travis Thomas). The weekly budget is $3,100.00. We pray that God will bless & sanctify our gifts to do God’s work.

SERVICE

These opportunities to serve as the Body of Christ are available:

Tuesday -  9:00 am - Prayer Group in the church parlor.

Thursday - 10:00 am - Colington Crafters in the classroom.

We need volunteers to help maintain our prayer garden! Keeping water in the fountain, watering the plants, deadheading the roses, weeding, etc.  The Prayer Group has volunteered to care for it on Tuesdays. If you can help, please see the pastor for more information!

 

Mobile Food Pantry – We served 22 families (3 of which were new), for a total of 50 people served! Thanks to the 17 regular volunteers plus 10 volunteers from the Friends of Youth.
